            What this quote means that if in life you don't take risks, you will not be successful. For example, in a basketball game, if you don't try to take shots you can make, than you will never become an all time leading score like Kareem Abdul Jabbar. He leads the NBA in most Field goal points scored with 38,387 points during his career. But he also is in to Top 5 player with most missed shots in the NBA with 12,470 missed field goals during his 20 seasons in the NBA. This shows that if you don't take risks in life, you won't be successful.

Duties and responsibilities:
Ear, nose, and throat specialists, also known as otolaryngologists or ENT specialists, are medical doctors responsible for surgical and medical treatment of the ears, nose, and throat, as well as the related head and neck areas.             In the story we saw, we learned that Thomas S. Monson had a friend when he was about eight named Danny. Everyday they would have to pick grass from the floor. But one day Tommy had a idea that he should had just burnt the grass. he tried but it quickly got out of control. So then he panic't and scram for help. People came to helped them and they eventually put out the fire.
